With travel restrictions currently in place for Bulgaria due to the Covid-19 outbreak we understand many of you have had to cancel or change plans to view property.

This is very frustrating for those that want to act quickly and to help, we are able to offer virtual viewing trips.

For properties within a 1.5 hour distance of Varna there is a deposit of 40 Euros which is fully refundable in the event of purchase. 

We can visit property on your behalf to take photos, videos and where possible live video calls so you can view from the comfort of your home.
