Bulgaria has one of the business climates in comparison to all other EU member states, Deputy Finance Minister Lyubomir Datsov said.

"We can boast of having optimal taxation system and being on the top of the list of countries, which enjoy biggest direct foreign investments,' the official explained.

"The macroeconomic stability that Bulgaria manages to keep is a crucial factor for attracting foreign investments," he added.

According to Datsov, the EU funding will be the main post to support the country's development until 2013.

"The governmental policy is directed to increasing the stake of the national public investments," the deputy minister ended.
