A total of three Bulgarian companies are included in the ranking of the best employers in Central and Eastern Europe, made by the international human resources consultant company Hewitt Associates.

The software giant Nemetschek, the leading IT outsourcing company Sciant and McDonalds are the firms, which take their places in the prestigious list topped by Microsoft.

According to Hewitt there are two important factors that influence the work environment in Central and Eastern Europe. The first one is the fact that the region becomes attractive business destination, which makes the competition at the labour market.

On the other side, the employees become more and more confident as they know there are a lot of work opportunities.

The researching company Hewitt claim the employers could motivate their workers by making them feel valuable and giving them opportunities for advance in the carrier.
