There is additianaly buit annex with a kitchen and a dinning room. Also there is a large basement underneath the living room. The living room and the hallway's floors are wooden. There are some damages on the ceiling. The enormous courtyard is well maintained with some old farm buildings and a vineyard on it. Roads are in relatively good condition, however right next to the house there are about 50 m bridleway. Mains water and electricity are present, there is a septic tank. Location and Local Attractions 23 km from Dobrich, 65 km from Varna and Varna airport, 57 km from Balchik The village is big and is just off the main road from Dobrich to Silistra. There is a food shop and a café in it. There is also a surgery and a dentist in the village. Nearby could be found a not very large wood and a small lake excellent for fishing.
