Finishing of the apartments
All apartments in the complex are built and completed with high quality materials. The apartment buildings are built of steel-concrete construction and roof of “Bardolin”. The outer walls of the buildings are isolated with 4 cm thermo-isolation. The building group consists of 6 sections – A, B, C, D, E and F. Maintainance
The people, having bought apartments in the building group CROWN Fort Club pay a one-year fee, which is spent for:

- Maintenance of the territory of the complex, buildings, swimming pools, green area of the complex
- Year round security
- Using of the swimming pools
- Electric lighting of the common territories and the building

 

The fee is in amount of 6.90 Euro per square meter per year + VAT 20% with the following discounts:
5.75 Euro per square meter a year + VAT 20% for advance payment for three years
4.85 Euro per square meter a year + VAT 20% for advance payment for five years
