We never intentioanlly hide negatives from property. Our many Remote Purchases, in particular, rely upon the honesty of our pictures and description. So, with this big plot, we will show what could be a negative - the radio towers in the distance.

Normally, we won't take on a property that we feel is in an inappropriate location. For example, in the last few days, we were given information about an acre building plot very close to the sea. Upon investigating, we found that you had to drive through a rubbish dump to get to it. We dismissed the property.

Radio masts aren't as bad as rubbish dumps - it's more of a personal thing. So we'll post details about this plot. Especially, as it's in a top location close to sea and famous toursit attraction of the Cape.

It's 100 m from village with good raod access. Not building land at present, but likely to be converted.

Just past coastal Kavara town and near Cape Kaliakra 65 km to one of the most beautiful cities along the coast - Varna.
