Payment schemes:
A deposit of 1000 € for booking an apartment or a villa. 


Standard payment
- 40% on signing a preliminary contract
- 25% on covering the floor on which the apartment is located
- 25% on completing the rough construction works in the building
- 10% on transferring the title of the property at a Notary Public’s office 

Advance payment
- 100% on signing a preliminary contract
- A discount of 3% from the property price 

Maintenance fee - 8 euros per square meter paid annually
