This holiday complex is located in the quiet area between the famous resort Sunny Beach and St. Vlas and is approximately 250 meters away from the sea coast. The resort complex consists of three separate low-rise buildings with excellent architecture. Two spacious swimming pools, both with children’s sections, are situated amidst abundant greenery.

Magic Dreams has a specific location over a plot with high inclination. Due to this, most of the apartments have magnificent sea view and some of them face both the pool and the sea. There are 370 apartments (studios, 1 and 2-bedroom) available at the complex, as well as 8 shops.

There will be various possibilities for sport, relaxation and entertainment to make the holiday of future owners and tourists of Magic Dreams perfect: SPA center, lobby bar, pool bar, restaurant, children’s animation room, internet hall, shopping facilities, laundry, 24 hrs security and maintenance, private access, green areas, parking lot.

Payment plan 
• Non-refundable booking deposit of 1000 euros – within 7 days from the date of reservation
• 30% - initial deposit within a month from the date of reservation /deducted with the booking deposit/
• 30% - due when the complex is on roof 
• 40% - due on completion of the complex

The beautiful bulgarian resort "Sunny Beach" is situated 40 km to the North of Bourgas and 95 km to the South of Varna. It is only 5 minutes walking to Nessebar - the old historical town, which is under the UNESCO protection.

Sunny Beach is the biggest and most rapidly developing resort on the Black Sea coast. It lies in a semicircular bay and is famous with its 8 km long beach line covered with golden sand and natural dunes. The sea is calm, there are no tides. Water is warm (25-26 C) and crystal clear throughout summer. Climate is mild and temperatures are around 27-29 C during July and August.

There are many beautiful parks where you can enjoy your holiday time at leisure inside the resort and the dunes are covered with rare floral species. Sunny Beach offers also days of joy spent in the Aquaparks or riding a jet. You can go to a boat trip or take a walk on a donkey. It is up to you.

... but don't forget the night is crazy here so save some energy after sundown and have some fun in the multiple discos, pubs, night clubs. Or maybe a casino or a variety show will make your night unforgettable.
