Payments:

The deposit is 5000 euro, and the payment scheme is:
70 % second installment at signing a Preliminary Contract (within 14 days from reservation)
30 % (the deposit is deducted from the last installment)

Also, maintenance services will be provided for 9 Euros per square meters (annually, including the garden area). That includes also, one year insurance for the property to cover all events (fire, flooding and earthquakes).
