The golf village offers:
A 5 star 150 key hotel with a hydrotherapy spa centre;

• Golf Club House and Apartments;

In Phase I we will build 3 villages – Hillside, Marina and Golf View, some villas, 5*Hotel and SPA, int’l 18 Hole Golf Course and a Golf Club. Phase I is now completed with a golf course open for play.
The units in the first phase are about 320 including a small number of villas.
