DESCRIPTION

Private villa to rent with an extraordinary garden and chill out pool in Bulgarevo village, Kavarna area! BOOKINGS FOR SUMMER 2016 ARE TAKEN NOW!

If you have ever dreamed about spending a week or two in a private villa with about 2000 sq m professionally designed and well kept garden just with your family and away from all the daily rush, do not look any further, as Villa Bulgari is your place. This unique villa has been recently restored from a 100-years ancient Romanian building to a very cosy one-family holiday house. The owners have put into the garden design and the house final touches their own sense of aesthetic to make it outstanding on the rental market and to offer their guests an unique holiday experience.

The villa is nestling in a very calm and quiet village of Bulgarevo - only about 6 km away from the Bulgarian landmark of the Black sea coast cape Kaliakra and some 7 km away from Kavarna town, known for the last few years as the “Rock capital of Bulgaria”. Another reason to visit the village are the golf-courses nearby – Blacksearama and Lighthouse Golf Resort. The village has preserved much of the traditional way of living and during your stay you will be able to buy seasonal fresh fish on the village square, sell by the local fishermen. At the same time, Bulgarevo is well known in the area with its 7 restaurants and pubs. Even in complex “Hipodruma”, located on the way out towards Rusalka resort (about 11 km further), you will enjoy a traditional dish and outdoor pool in the restaurant garden. Some 6 km from Bulgarevo village, away from prying eyes is the Bolata beach located. Due to its serene beaches and calm water it has become an attractive place to relax for the local people. Beach sports and a local pub are available.
When you open the gate, villa Bulgari will charm you at first glance – huge green yard, an ornamental well, a chill out pool, garden furniture to relax on and the birds songs. Then you realize how the stress is melting away. Inside the house is tastefully decorated with icons and antiques, which exalt the charm of the ambience. The main kitchen is very well equipped with a large refrigerator combined with a fridge, oven with 4 electric hobs, extractor, washing machine, coffee machine and microwave. There is small breakfast area with a table and 4 chairs. The kitchen leads you to a tiny lounge area with cable TV, air-conditioner, a double folding sofa and two arm chairs, which offers comfortable sitting for 5 guests. From the lounge area you will easily access one of the shower-rooms. There is a double bedroom interconnected with the lounge and kitchen areas. The bedroom is equipped with two wardrobes, one bedside table with lamp, TV, hair-drier, iron with board.

Another entrance from the garden leads to the summer kitchen – a place where you will enjoy long evenings and home made dinner around the table with friends or just with the family. Some extra household facilities are available there – a deep-fryer, air-cleaner, air-conditioner, sound system and a fireplace. Again – an interconnected triple bedroom, accessible from the summer kitchen is located next to it. The children bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, an extra single bed and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite shower-room.

Disclaimer: Villa Bulgari is a private offer, which quit Bgrentals.com from all responsibilities concerning the cleaning and the maintenance of the house. The owners' representatives arrange and provide the cleaning and the maintenance of the property directly.

Location and Local Attractions

 - Kaliakra cape is the longest cape on the Bulgarian coast. The picturesque cape is located about 30 km north from Balchik. Kaliakra cape stretches 2 km deep into the sea and consists of 60-70 m high limestone rocks, the inaccessibility of which has been the main reason for the construction of an ancient fortress named Tirisis there. According to local tradition forty girls, the sole survivors of a Turkish attack, tied their long plaits of hair together and jumped to their deaths, rather than be raped by the victors. Nowadays Kaliakra is a nature reserve, where dolphins, shags and a numbers of typical steppe birds can be observed, it is one of the very good birdwatching sites in Bulgaria.

 - Kavarna town is one of the relatively bigger towns along the Black Sea coast with its population of a bit over 12 200. On the high hill of Chirakman, which is 3 km away from Kavarna, still can be seen remains of Roman fortresses and medieval town. Kavarna, recognised today as the Rock capital of Bulgaria with so many concerts of world famous bands and artists like Apocalyptica, Deep Purple, Saxxon, Ronnie James Dio, Scorpions, Accept, Destruction, Gamma Rey and Victory, turns into an attractive place for a holiday, combining the modern comfort with a unique atmosphere, at the same time preserving its tranquility and charm.

 - Balchik (about 12 000 population) is a charming town, located 47 km north of Varna city. It is like an amphitheatre on the very seashore. The Royal Palace, the Botanical garden, the churches, the Museum of History together with many other attractions make Balchik one of the most visited resorts on the Black sea coast. The Balchik port played an important role in the town's development, being the third sea-side port in terms of significance after the ones in Varna and Burgas. The unique nature and the ancient history make the today's romantic charm of Balchik - a constant source of inspiration for artists, poets and artists.

 - The Royal Palace and the Botanical garden in Balchik. The official name of the palace was the Quiet Nest Palace. It was constructed between q926 and 1937, during the Romanian rule of the region, for the needs of Queen Maria of Romania. Attracted by the beauty and the romanticism of the seaside town, inspired by the centuries-old trees, the wild flowers and the bird species in the region, Queen Maria of Romania selected Balchik to build her summer residence. The palace complex consists of a number of residential villas, a smoking hall, a wine cellar, a power station, a monastery, a holy spring, a chapel and many other buildings, as well as most notably a park that is today a state-run botanical garden. In 1955 the Balchik Botanical Garden was established at the place of the palace's park. It has an area of 65,000 m² and accommodates 2000 plant species. One of the garden's main attractions is the collection of large-sized cactus species arranged outdoors on 1000 m².

 - Durankulak and Shabla lakes - The Durankulak lake was declared a protected area in 1983 as part of the measures for the preservation of endangered species. It is also where one of the two major birth migration routes passes – the so-called “Via Pontika”. Near the lakes of Shabla and Durankulak there are law-protected damp areas of international importance. These territories are the most significant winter quarters in Europe for many water birds. The Shabla Lake is one of the biggest habitats of teh White Water Lily and Yellow Water Lily in Bulgaria. The lakes give shelter also to the Otter, which is a rare animal species in Europe.
